• Pro-tools Session (Version 5.1 through 6.9) Broadcast Wave (.wav) audio file format
• Track Layout:
  • Trk 1 = Preferred take
  • Trk 2 = Alt
  • Trk 3, 4, 5. etc. = other takes
• Cue sheets with notes
• DAT back-up of session
• Sample Rate = 48KHz, 29.97 NDFTC, Bit Rate = 16-bit
• Include "2 Pop"- Head Pop (2 seconds before picture/sound start) and Tail Pop (2 seconds after last frame of picture/sound)
• Session Start- must have a minimum of 30 seconds preroll (example: Reel 1 start time 00:59:30:00)

If Guide Track sessions have been provided, please copy and use them for recording. The session start times will be set, and the video will be spotted to timecode.
